Weight Check

Last week, we lost a family friend to cancer. Then it was holiday weekend so everyone was home and my husband made awesome food. So my stats are not where I would like them. 

Starting Weight: 280lbs
Current Weight: 256.4lbs
Current Weight Loss: -23.6lbs
Weight Loss this week: +2lbs
Waist: 48 inches
Hips: 54 inches
Thigh: 25 inches
Upper Arm: 18 inches

I have already walked 1.5 miles this morning in 55min. Time to get back on track.
